Every fragrance sold by Rose of Arabia is 100% authentic and sourced directly from the official manufacturer, authorized distributors, or trusted supply channels.

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, diluted, or imitation fragrances. Each bottle is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

At Rose of Arabia, every fragrance is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated shipping times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping, when available: 2–3 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, security issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Shipping Delays

We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the processing and delivery estimates provided on our website.

If we become aware that we cannot ship your order within the stated time frame, we may contact you with updated information, provide an estimated revised shipping date, offer the option to continue waiting, or cancel and refund the order when required.

Rose of Arabia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, customs issues, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

  1. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

Rose of Arabia is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

  1. Risk of Loss

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, risk of loss passes to the customer.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We also recommend checking with neighbors, household members, building management, mailrooms, front desks, or local delivery offices.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, sprayed, tested, damaged, altered, or used perfume bottles.

We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging;
The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery;
The item is returned in new, unused, resalable condition;
The return is approved by Rose of Arabia before the item is sent back.

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the incorrect product.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Opened perfume bottles;
Used or sprayed fragrance products;
Products without original sealed packaging;
Products damaged after delivery;
Final sale items;
Gift cards, if offered;
Samples or discovery sets, unless otherwise stated;
Promotional or free gift items;
Items returned outside the return window.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at roseofarabia.info@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your order number;
Photos of the shipping box;
Photos of the damaged product or incorrect item;
A brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Failure to contact us within 48 hours of delivery may limit our ability to resolve the issue.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a verified damaged product.
